At Uwakstar Designs, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in limited quantities. We want you to love your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn

Have original tags attached

Be in original packaging

Include proof of purchase
Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, makeup, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email support@uwakstardesigns.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Reason for return
If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If there is an error on our part, we will correct it.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
